Expansion team
We have expanded our team with Lana (front-end developer) and Marijn (support employee). From 1 January, Orrin (front-end developer) and Tjeerdo (relationship manager) will start.
ISO 27001 - ISO 9001 and NEN 7510
In September 2021, we successfully passed ISO audits. We are proud of the fact that we immediately achieved a high standard by passing three standards!
As part of the certification process, IJsbrand van Prattenburg was appointed Information security officer & quality officer.
New roadmap
We have renewed our roadmap tool, which is integrated into our project management software. With the new roadmap we would like to involve you more in the development, and by sending in ideas and voting you have an influence too of course! :)

The Support articles are now directly available for administrators in Procademy .
Social learning focus
On 8 November we had a nice session with 13 educationalists about Social Learning in Procademy. To know more check out this link.

We have made several improvements.
As a manager, you can now quickly see how your team is doing. We have launched a new competence report. See the details in this video post.
We have made the progress report that you can view as a teacher from the dashboard more stable. We have also added extra columns to 'Users', 'Groups' and in the 'Digital class.
New device authentication administrators
In this quarter we have activated the "Logged in on a new device" function for administrators. If you do not recognise a login attempt, you can report this immediately.
Cleaning up files
In addition, we have been cleaning up files and refactoring code as a regular part of our quality assurance.
AVG training internal
The Procademy team has been trained online on the AVG guidelines and Security Awareness. (If you are interested in an AVG / security training please check: https://www.mnpsolutions.nl/)
Automated testing
We have started automated testing of Procademy. A number of test scripts are now running that verify without handwork from us whether a (test) roll-out is successful.
WCAG - Update
We have implemented the better contrast values on the buttons and input fields in Procademy. In addition, in cooperation with Stichting Accessibility, a knowledge session will be organised in 2021 with customers of Procademy who have web accessibility as an (extra) priority.
New: PE Online link
We have launched the PE online link, with extensive logging. If a result is not registered (missing accreditation number of the participant or the course) then this is indicated. So that you keep a grip on which results are successfully sent.
Upgrade: Microsoft Azure AD - multi-tenant
It is now also possible to connect one Procademy environment to multiple Azure AD tenants. For example, for business groups with multiple sister companies that have their own tenant, this is an ideal feature.
In addition, we have improved the synchronisation technique so that the available Azure information can also be viewed from Procademy .
Upgrade: SAML 2.0 - support multi value attribute + role mapping with dynamic groups + waiting screen
We have extended the SAML 2.0 link with the possibility of dynamically mapping multiple values in Procademy. In addition, a waiting screen has been introduced that the participant sees when "enrolling" in training courses.
Upgrade: LTI
We have made several improvements to refine the result processing via LTI. In addition, the number of attempts is sent when the module is successfully passed.

We are completely rethinking the way you can manage users.
