1. What is the minimum cost to Procademy using Procademy ?The minimum purchase is 250 users per month. That amounts to €625 per month, or €7,500 per year. This includes the learning platform, support, hosting (in the EU), maintenance, and our basic Service Level Agreement.
2. How much does an additional user cost?The standard rate is €2.50 per user per month. For high volumes, we apply lower rates according to a sliding scale. Please contact us for a customized proposal.
3. Do you offer special rates for ANBI organizations or non-profits?
Yes. We apply customized models for social organizations, including ANBI foundations. We look at the expected usage and desired support together and make a customized quote based on that.
4. Can I also add clients (in the context of personal health information)?Yes. Procademy also be used by clients, volunteers, or other external users. Our platform fully complies with the requirements of
NEN-7510, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001, which means we are also allowed to process health information. For example, clients of Bartiméus follow training courses on their own learning platform.
5. What exactly do I get for that amount?You get access to the entire learning platform, including:
– Management of e-learning, registrations, certificates, and reports
– Hosting, updates, support, and maintenance
– A Service Level Agreement (SLA) with availability guarantees
– Security in accordance with
ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and
NEN-75106. Do we also pay for inactive users?No. You only pay for users who are listed as "active" in the learning environment. As soon as an account becomes inactive, the license also expires. This makes the model scalable and cost-efficient.
7. Can we also work with large numbers? Certainly. Procademy already Procademy used successfully by organizations with large numbers of users (30,000+).
8. Do you also offer customized rates for larger numbers?Yes. For large numbers (1,000+ per month), a customized rate is possible.
9. Can we also agree on a fixed price instead of per user?Yes. If you work with large bandwidths or varying numbers, we can also agree on a fixed price. Think, for example, of an annual rate for a user range (e.g., 2,500–5,000 users).
10. Are there any one-time costs at the start?
Yes. We charge a one-time fee for implementation.
Basic support: starting at €2,500 – suitable if you want to do a lot yourself, with our support in the background.
Comprehensive support: starting at €7,875 – we take care of (almost) everything, including setup, training, planning, and project management. We always tailor this to your wishes and capacity.
11. Can I start small first?Yes. You can start with 250 users per month and easily scale up later. This allows you to keep control of your costs while gaining experience with the platform.
