1. What is the minimum cost to get started with Procademy ?
The minimum purchase is 250 active users per month. That comes down to €625 per month, or €7,500 per year. This includes the learning platform, support, hosting (in EU) maintenance and our basic Service Level Agreement.

2.What does an additional user cost?
The standard rate is €2.50 per active user per month. For high volumes, we apply lower rates according to a graduated scale. Please contact us for a customized proposal.

3.Do you offer special rates for ANBI organizations or non-profits?
‍Yes. We use customized models for civil society organizations, including ANBI foundations. We will look together at the expected usage and desired support, and create a custom quote based on that.

4.Can I also add clients (in the context of personal health information)?
Yes. Procademy can also be used by clients, volunteers or other external users. Our platform fully meets the requirements of NEN-7510, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001, which allows us to process health information as well. For example, clients of Bartiméus take training courses in their own learning platform.

‍5.What exactly do I get for that amount?
You get access to the full learning platform, including:
- Management of e-learning, enrollments, certificates and reports
- Hosting, updates, support and maintenance
- A Service Level Agreement (SLA) with availability guarantees
- Security according to ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and NEN-7510

‍6.Do we also pay for inactive users?
No. You only pay for users who are on "active" in the learning environment. Once an account is inactive, the license also stops. This makes the model scalable and cost-efficient.

‍7. Can we also work with high numbers?
Sure. Procademy is already successfully deployed by organizations with large user numbers (20,000+).

8.Do you also offer customized rates for larger numbers?
Yes. For high numbers (1,000+ per month), custom pricing is available.

‍9.Can we also agree on a fixed price instead of per user?
Yes. If you work with large bandwidths or varying numbers, we can also agree on a fixed price arrangement. For example, consider a rate per year for a user range (e.g., 2,500-5,000 users).

10. Are there one-time costs at startup?
Yes. We charge one-time costs for implementation.
Basic support: from €2.500,- - suitable if you want to do a lot yourself, with our support in the background.
Extensive support: from €7.875,- we take (almost) everything out of your hands, including setup, training, planning and project management. We always coordinate this together with your wishes and capacity.

11. Can I start small first?
Yes. You can start with 250 users per month and easily scale up later. That way you keep control of your costs while you gain experience with the platform.

12. What do interfaces such as AFAS or Microsoft Entra (SSO) cost?
Procademy offers several interfaces to automate user management and login. The costs depend on the chosen interface. You can find an overview of our links on this page .
