When you launch a new software package you want it to be as smooth as possible. It is very important that the end user knows how the software works. It is therefore advisable to let the end user practice with the software as realistically as possible in advance.
Interactive video
With an interactive video you can let the end user practice perfectly. The end user can realistically go through the new software package. You can use it to show that the end user can perform his main tasks well, even before the new software is launched. This prevents (costly) mistakes from being made in the new live environment. You procademy can also make interactive videos for software training.
Determine the minimum level
Within the e-learning you can also test the end user on the right level. You determine this level yourself, broken down per user group if necessary.
Obtain digital certificate
The end user will receive a digital certificate when the training is successfully completed. The certificate confirms to the employee that he is well prepared and it is a confirmation to the manager that the employees are well prepared. Being able to practice in a good way gives confidence.

Take a look at the example below to get an impression of the possibilities within procademy.
