Customer satisfaction is our starting point when developing Procademy. This is it and that's it for you', that's not what we do. At Procademy , customers really do have a say.
We give you a lot of freedom to do your job in the way you want to excel. We like short lines and we are always there for each other within Procademy . If you have any questions, we will help each other as best we can.
In connection with Covid most people now work at home, but normally we work together from an attractive villa in the centre of Hilversum. Of course, working at home afterwards is also negotiable.
In our support department you are the first point of contact for our customers. You help them as good as possible with user questions or reporting an error in the software. Most questions come into our support environment via e-mail, but we also regularly get in touch by phone.
Your job is to help customers as best you can with a solution or a good workaround. And if you can't work it out yourself, you can always involve a colleague. We have an extensive knowledge base available, which we also keep as up to date as possible. So you can also draw a lot of knowledge from it yourself.
When an error in the software is reported, you see if you can reproduce it yourself. You will then pass this on to a technical colleague as detailed as possible and, of course, keep the customer informed of developments.
Technical questions and malfunctions are passed on to your colleagues, so you don't need to have exciting technical skills yourself. A little affinity with the operation of our software platform Procademy is helpful. Logical thinking and problem solving skills will get you a long way.
