Organize your courses smarter with Procademy

Overview in training dates

Training dates provide insight into who has followed, where and which training and what the results are. The e-learning modules (training) that employees follow are automatically processed in the reports. In addition to the (own) online courses, you can easily add externally followed courses. This can be done with a manual action, but also on the basis of a link with an existing course administration system.

Insight into (re)certification

Keeping track of different expiry dates (validity of the courses) per person is very time consuming without software. You would like to have insight into who is where in the learning trajectory (training) and to know that the certification is in order. Some courses never expire but other courses have to be repeated every year, every two years or once every 10 years (VCA), for example.

Procademy activates your employees

Procademy reminds participants of open training courses so that they complete them on time. Unlike Microsoft Excel Procademy proactively handling the data. For example, the employee automatically receives an e-mail 2 months in advance to start repeating HACCP training. In this way you make the employee himself responsible for his personal development. Choose for yourself how often and in what way the employees are approached. Manually maintaining an overview in Microsoft Excel is no longer necessary.

A practical example

Organize training courses with e-learning software

This is "Dennis Schimmel", he is a packer at the cheese wholesaler "Hollandse kaas en meer B.V.". Dennis needs knowledge of HACCP in order to carry out his work hygienically and responsibly. It is also required by law that he undergoes training in the field of food safety.

Step 1 Invite employees to the training(s)

Based on function, role & department, you will prepare the necessary training. ProcademyFor example, you can add the HACCP training for all "packers" (such as Dennis). You indicate how much time the employees get to follow the course, for example within 30 days.
Set the validity of the course so that it will be repeated automatically in the future. You only have to set this once per course. In this case, a validity of 24 months is set. Two months in advance Dennis will receive a reminder to follow the course again.

Step 2 Employees receive the invitation by e-mail (and/or SMS)

After the HACCP training has been linked, Dennis (and the other packers) will receive an automatic e-mail. The e-mail states that Dennis can start the HACCP training and when it needs to be completed. When Dennis logs in, he sees this clearly in his training overview.

Step 3: Dennis hasn't started after 20 days

The system shows that Dennis has not yet started the HACCP training after 20 days. Dennis will automatically receive a reminder e-mail about this. The reminder e-mail also states how much time he has left to follow the training.
The administrator can flexibly set up the various reminders and notifications. Both the trigger (reason for the e-mail or SMS) and the moment of automatic sending as well as the content are adjustable.

Step 4: Dennis has completed the training and receives certificate

After the reminder e-mail Dennis immediately started the HACCP training. After 4 days Dennis has successfully completed the training, after completion he will receive a personal digital certificate by e-mail. The certificate states that the training is valid for 24 months.

Step 5: All Dennis' activity is updated in the report

All Dennis' activity is continuously updated in the reports. It is now also indicated that Dennis must repeat the HACCP training within 24 months. Dennis (and all other packers) will receive a timely reminder that the HACCP training must be repeated again.
