In 2020, Bartiméus started using Procademy 's LMS - five years ago now. A good time to look back on the journey we took together. What began with an extensive search - including five knockout criteria and a list of 150 requirements and wishes - resulted in the choice of Procademy as an LMS partner.
For its internal Learning Square, Bartiméus was looking for a future-proof solution. After a thorough tendering process, Procademy turned out to be the right partner. Advisor Learning & Development Barbara Zoomer explains what was important to Bartiméus in addition to the extensive selection criteria: "We were not looking for a supplier, but for a partner. Our organization is quite complex and changeable, including three different CAOs and different needs. Then it is nice when a party thinks and advises with you. In any case, cooperation is best with the idea that you are building something together."
"With Procademy , we share our knowledge better and make the lives of blind and visually impaired people easier."
What began as an internal learning platform for 2,000 employees grew into a broad network of learning platforms with impact:
✔️ A client portal eHealth, e-learning as part of your treatment as a client.
✔️ External learning environment Knowledge about Seeing
✔️ A platform for joint training with Royal Visio and the Robert Coppes Foundation
✔️ A platform for training on accessibility from the Accessibility Foundation (part of Bartiméus)
✔️ An internal learning platform for 2,000 employees
As Imke van Kats (Advisor Learning & Development at Bartiméus) sums it up nicely:
"With Procademy 's accessible learning software, we share our knowledge better and make the lives of blind and visually impaired people easier."
