To catch up: the Procademymarketplace (December)

TheProcademy marketplace
The Procademy marketplace allows you to share your e-learning module(s) with other e-learning environments. With a few clicks the e-learning is activated in another environment. You keep track of the extent to which the e-learning module is used in the other environment. As a trainer you can for example also adjust the invoicing properly. In the report we have taken into account that confidential data is not available just like that. The end customer can indicate exactly which data may be shared.

The big advantage of the Procademy marketplace
The biggest advantage of the marketplace is that you can very quickly grant the customer access to the e-learning module(s) in his own academy and corporate identity. Did you make any changes after sharing? If so, this change will automatically be passed on to all linked environments.

Can I also choose not to share e-learning modules?
Certainly. You decide whether you want to make an e-learning module available in another environment at all. So this is not an obligation. By default, the e-learning module is therefore not shared. This is only possible if you give your explicit permission. You also decide for yourself on which environments the e-learning module will be visible.

Improvements in the editor (back) In
addition to the marketplace we have also implemented improvements in the editor of Procademy:

• Single Sign On: you can go from the front of the environment directly to the management environment and vice versa;
• As an administrator you will never be logged out automatically;
• As an administrator, you can see a newly published course immediately, without first placing the course in a group;
• All institutions in the management environment have been more clearly defined and superfluous settings have been removed;
       
• As an administrator you can create interactive videos with test questions, among other things.

Improvements in the academy (front) In addition
to the marketplace, we also implemented many other improvements in the academy (front).

• Reports are customizable; you can add columns and each value is (instant) filterable;
• When adding a new student you can schedule the student directly;
• You can set up certificates at the front of the environment;
• A non-started report has been added where you can see which students have not yet started;
       
• The competence matrix is now also supported;
       
• The student and leader have a my portfolio page in which practical assignments can be assessed.

When does my academy go live?
We are now phasing out the new version of procademy the academy. Your regular contact person will contact you as soon as your academy is converted to the latest version.
