With the link between AllSolutions and the Procademy learning platform, you automate the complete management of participants, groups, learning paths and planning. No more manual exports or loose lists, just everything in the right place, automatically synchronized.

What exactly does the AllSolutions linkage do?

The link between AllSolutions and Procademy is designed for training organizations and course providers who want to streamline their administrative process. The focus is on automating:

• Participant management (import and update).
• Group management and learning path planning
• Teacher pairings and meeting planning
• License allocation per participant

The link works through a middleware platform that retrieves hourly data from AllSolutions and processes it through the Procademy API.

Technical operation in brief

Linking to the learning platform consists of three main processes:

1. importUsers
   New participants are created or existing accounts are updated, based on email address and external ID.
2. importGroups
   Learning paths, groups, meetings, teachers and schedule are automatically synchronized to Procademy.
3. groupMembershipItems
   Participants are placed in the appropriate groups, linked to the scheduled courses in AllSolutions.

Automatic learning assignment and planning

Thanks to this link, learning paths and meetings are automatically set up in the learning platform, based on the schedule in AllSolutions. Consider:

• Direct creation of groups and learning paths per course
• Automatic role assignment (participant, teacher)
• Synchronization of meeting details such as dates, location and facilitator

Certificate linkage (in development)

Soon, certificates obtained in the learning platform can be automatically sent back to AllSolutions. This will only happen for participants registered through AllSolutions, and only for new certificates. Logging and error handling are provided by default.

What this pairing does not do

Important to know: this link is not an HR integration. It does not manage personnel records, payroll data or leave. The link is specifically for course management, scheduling and certification.
